To ensure the safety of our clients and staff we will not clean occupied rooms. If you will be home during your cleaning please designate a room to isolate in until the cleaners have left.

We encourage our staff to get to know your pet and do what they can to keep your pet calm and happy. If your pet is especially nervous or aggressive, we may ask that they be confined for their own peace of mind.

If you need to cancel a recurring cleaning service, no worries! Please let us know as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel our services in their entirety, we'd love to know why so that we can improve our services in the future. We appreciate all feedback from our customers!

It's customary to declutter the floors, counters, and surfaces. This allows your cleaner to work more efficiently in a shorter amount of time. Dishes are considered a daily chore so our cleaners are not required to move them.

Our cleaners are not required to perform any activity that might cause them harm including but not limited to climbing, lifting, stooping, reaching, moving large furniture; breathing or using excessive chemicals or cleaners; handling or touching any human or animal waste including litter boxes and bird cages. Cleaners are limited to what they can safely reach with a three step ladder. We do not clean taxidermy or polish leather.

If you aren't 100% satisfied with our cleaning we'll fix it right away. If something wasn't cleaned that you thought would be please bring it to the attention of your cleaner and we'll be sure to get it next time.

We use a simple eco friendly solution that is non toxic and safe for our cleaners as well as your family. If there is a cleaner you would prefer we use in your home we'd be happy to consider your request, however, as a cruelty free company we reserve the right to refuse to use cleaners that do not align with our company values.
